What to expect at your appointment:
Drop-Off: Taxpayers drop off their tax documents, participate in an interview with one of our IRS-certified tax counselors. Taxpayers will then be asked to return approximately 2 hours later to pick up their documents and their return (usually the same day).
Virtual: Taxpayers interact with IRS-certified volunteers either:
In one or two short, in-person meetings to scan tax documents and sign return -- OR --
Online and by phone to exchange documents securely and electronically
